Writing Profile
The writing profile is an AI-generated analysis of your personal email writing style. Vita-Drive.Ai uses this profile to match automatically generated follow-up emails to your style.
What is analyzed?
The AI examines your sent emails from Pipedrive and detects patterns such as:
- Greetings — How you start emails (e.g. "Dear", "Hello", "Hi")
- Closings — How you end emails (e.g. "Best regards", "Kind regards")
- Formality level — Formal vs. informal address
- Tone — Formal, friendly, direct
- Typical expressions — Recurring phrases and wording
- Language — German, English, or mixed
Generate a profile
- Navigate to Writing Profile in the side menu
- Click Generate writing profile
- The analysis may take 10–30 seconds

The generation uses sent emails from your Pipedrive connection. You can configure the number of analyzed emails under Settings > App Settings > Style Profile Email Count (default: 80).
Edit the profile
The generated profile can be manually adjusted:
- Click Edit below the displayed profile
- Modify the text as needed
- Click Save

You can regenerate the profile at any time. This will overwrite the existing profile. If you made manual adjustments, they will be lost when regenerating.
How is the profile used?
The writing profile is provided as context during AI-powered email generation. The AI uses it to:
- Match the right tone
- Use appropriate greetings and closings
- Mimic your natural writing style
