Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home page after signing in. It provides a real-time overview of your follow-up automation status, key metrics, and recent activity.

Key Metrics

Four stat cards are displayed at the top:

Active DealsNumber of deals with running customer or supplier automation. Click the card to go to the Automation page
Due TodayFollow-ups scheduled for today. Highlighted in orange when > 0
Sent This WeekGenerated and sent follow-up emails since Monday
Success RateCompleted deals relative to active + completed deals (with progress bar)

Alerts

Below the metrics, up to three warning banners may appear:

Each alert includes a Fix Now button that navigates you directly to the relevant page.

Drafts Notice

When follow-up emails have been created as drafts and are awaiting your review, a prominent notice appears showing the number of pending drafts with a link to the Drafts page.

Activity (14 Days)

A stacked bar chart shows activity over the last 14 days:

  • Generated — Created follow-up emails
  • Sent — Actually sent emails
  • Stopped — Stopped automations
  • Replies — Received real replies

The X-axis shows dates (DD.MM format), the Y-axis shows counts.

Deal Status

A donut chart shows the distribution of your deals by automation status:

  • Customer Follow-up — Deals with an active customer follow-up sequence
  • Supplier Follow-up — Deals with an active supplier follow-up sequence
  • Stopped — Automation was stopped (e.g. by an incoming reply)
  • Blocked — Manually blocked deals

The total deal count is displayed in the center.

Upcoming Follow-ups

A list of the next 5 upcoming follow-ups showing:

  • Track — Customer or supplier icon
  • Deal title — Clickable, navigates to the Automation page
  • Contact person — Recipient name
  • Step — Current sequence step
  • Due in — Relative time (e.g. "in 2 hours", "tomorrow")

Recent Activity

A list of the last 10 automation activities showing:

  • Action — e.g. follow-up generated, draft sent, stop, classification, error
  • Deal title — Clickable, if available
  • Time — Relative time (e.g. "5 minutes ago")

Filter: Mine / All

This filter is only visible to organization owners.

Use the Mine / All toggle in the header to choose which data is displayed:

  • Mine (default) — Only your own deals and activities
  • All — Data from the entire team

Data Refresh

Dashboard data is automatically refreshed every 5 minutes in the background. Use the refresh button in the top right to manually reload data at any time.

The sidebar on the left provides access to all areas:

  • Dashboard — Your home page
  • Automation — Manage your follow-up sequences
  • Email Drafts — Review and send prepared follow-up drafts
  • Templates — Create and edit email templates
  • Settings — Configure your account and integrations

The sidebar can be collapsed using the button in the top left to give more room for content. On mobile devices, it opens as a slide-out menu.

Switch Organization

If you're a member of multiple organizations, you can switch between them using the organization switcher in the top left of the sidebar.

Change Language

In the top right of the header, you can switch between German and English.

Sign Out

Click your username at the bottom left of the sidebar and select Sign out.
