Accept an invitation

How to join an organization in Vita-Drive.Ai.

What is an invitation?​

An invitation lets you join an existing organization (tenant) in Vita-Drive.Ai. You'll receive the invitation link from an administrator of your organization.

Accepting the invitation​

I don't have an account yet​

  1. Click the invitation link
  2. You'll see the name of the organization you've been invited to
  3. Select the Create account tab
  4. Enter your email address and a password
  5. Click Sign up

I already have an account​

  1. Click the invitation link
  2. You'll see the organization name
  3. If you're already signed in: Simply click Join
  4. If you're not signed in: Select the I have an account tab, sign in, and you'll be automatically added to the organization

After joining​

After joining, you'll be taken to the Dashboard. You can switch between your organizations at any time using the organization switcher in the top left of the sidebar.

Invalid invitation?​

If you see the message "Invitation invalid or expired", contact the administrator of your organization and ask for a new invitation link.
