Getting Started

Get up and running with Vita-Drive.Ai in just a few minutes.

1. Receive an invitation​

To use Vita-Drive.Ai, you need an invitation from an existing user or administrator. You'll receive an invitation link via email or as a direct link.

2. Create your account​

Click the invitation link and create your account with your email address and a password (at least 8 characters).

3. Sign in​

After registration, you'll be signed in automatically. For future visits, sign in with your email and password.

4. Connect Pipedrive​

Link your Pipedrive account in Settings so Vita-Drive.Ai can access your deals and contacts.

5. Connect Outlook​

Connect your Outlook account so Vita-Drive.Ai can send emails on your behalf.

6. Set up automation​

Configure your follow-up sequences — define when and how often Vita-Drive.Ai should automatically follow up.
